Measuring customer experience with CoreQ surveys

Sustainable service excellence requires a strong understanding of how well you have been 
satisfying your customers and engaging them in loyalty‐building relationships.

CoreQ surveys capture the real voices of residents and their families, delivering actionable insights into the quality of care and services you provide. This essential data is required to meet Maine’s Value Based Purchasing (VBP) performance metrics.

ABOUT THE SURVEY:

The CoreQ surveys measure satisfaction levels among residents and their families, providing valuable insight into the quality of care and services offered by the facility.


CoreQ questions for long-stay residents:

  • In recommending this facility to your friends and family, how would you rate it overall?

  • Overall, how would you rate the staff?

  • How would you rate the care you receive?

CoreQ questions for long-stay family:

  • In recommending this facility to your friends and family, how would you rate it overall?

  • Overall, how would you rate the staff?

  • How would you rate the care your family member receives?

 

Your organization’s leaders can review all responses to these surveys on an interactive Align dashboard. 


Align will also upload this data to AHCA’s Long Term Care Trend Tracker. AHCA will then share with the state of Maine as part of the VBP program for nursing homes.

COMMUNICATION TOOLS

 

Surveys will be distributed via email and text message. To help boost participation, Align will send two reminders to residents and/or families who have not yet responded.
