Our Build Better Balance Workbook is a 10-week program for seniors to help them maintain or improve their balance, which in turn can help reduce their fall risk. The workbook-style process shows them how to be successful and engages them in multiple ways instead of a list of exercises they just "need to do". We use small incremental steps, week by week, that they can realistically add to their routines, which research tells us is the most effective way to get results and see lasting change. This program is designed for beginners and we show how to advance the exercises as you progress and improve.
