Outside the Office
Nancy and her husband live in Ft. Myers, FL and are avid bikers and kayakers in and around the islands and beaches of the Gulf Coast. As a passionate life-long learner, Nancy delights in discussing thought-provoking questions around the dinner table with friends and family. She enjoys reading and exploring topics ranging from the life of Nelson Mandela to the inner workings of the human brain. Nancy is enormously proud of her two children: a daughter who is a small business owner in northern Minnesota and a son who is a Master Sergeant in the Air Force, currently stationed in Germany.

Nancy, our employee engagement expert, holds over twenty years of experience working in the senior healthcare industry.
Today, Nancy serves as the Senior Vice President of Engagement Strategies. She is an experienced learning and organizational development executive with extensive background in change management; she works with leaders and stakeholders around the country to support the integration of a customer-focused, systematic approach to improving individual, team, and organizational performance.
