Molly enjoys reading, spending time outdoors and being with her family, including her two grown sons and three cats. She values opportunities to travel and explore new places, and is always looking for her next adventure. Molly is also passionate about giving back through her volunteer work with a local women’s community organization, supporting individuals impacted by domestic and sexual violence. In quieter moments, she enjoys unwinding with a good Korean drama.

With over a decade of experience in IT project management across the financial and healthcare industries, she specializes in aligning business and technology teams and translating strategic goals into actionable plans. She is a steady presence during times of change, helping everyone feel confident and supported while delivering meaningful improvements in efficiency and outcomes.
Molly is PMP-certified and holds an MBA from Lakeland University.
